Elevation Business Support are working with a leading manufacturing business to support them in recruiting a Technical Internal Sales Executive. If you are experienced in technical sales and are looking to further develop your career within a growing manufacturing business, then this could be the role for you.Supporting the Sales function, this role will be expected to both generate new business opportunities through active and comprehensive telesales, prospecting, cold calling, e-marketing and other lead generation techniques, and to interact effectively supporting existing customers in order to increase sales and future opportunities.You will be responsible for:* Proactively generate leads; qualifying the interest of your customers and identifying the best route to progress the potential opportunity via Key Account Managers, Distribution, Webstore * Follow a core service process to ensure customers requirements are fully understood in order to satisfy their expectations* Support the Express and Distribution Support teams, providing customer handling cover and peak period support* Handle customer technical enquiries professionally, escalating to a more senior company representative where necessary to ensure that customer and company expectations are met* Develop good business relationships with key customer contacts in order to ensure long term commitment and identify areas for growth* Maximise all customer enquiries by up selling, stock-sell and cross selling to increase order values* Ensuring high level of selling effectiveness via the e-platform and telesales activities to maximize business opportunities with customers* Make cold calls to prospective clients to find and identify opportunities and prospective customers* Follow up with prospective or current customersRequirements:* 2-5 years of experience in a similar technical B2B telephone sales or customer services role, with a track record in generating viable leads, building relationships and information gathering* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Excel* Strong administrative skills set specifically in self organisation, data handling related to orders entries, logistics follow up* Ability to conduct effective needs analysis meeting with customers and prospects* Strong customer-driven mindset and commercial acumen* You will pride yourself on your ability to quickly establish rapport, your attention to detail and your ability to meet targetsBenefits* Annual company bonus scheme * 25 days holiday plus statutory * Pension scheme, Life Insurance, Hospital/dental cover * Gym membership, tastecard and various other benefits Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
