Working as a Team Leader for the short breaks service, supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs who attend the service for short term / respite cover. Reporting into the Registered Manager and overseeing a staff team toprovide exceptional support to people within the community.We are looking for someone who has experience of supporting people with learning disabilities / mental health needs, who can work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience of managing a staff team, good knowledge of CQC requirements, policies andprocedures, as well as having the work ethic to work hard but most importantly have fun along the way!If you want to be part of a successful, growing, values driven company, apply now and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the vacancy on a confidential basis.Vacancy Details for Team Leader:Working between 2 small services based in Rochdale and Littleborough; as the Team Leader, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to provide a short breaks service provision for vulnerable adults, young people and individuals with mental healthneeds within the community.Often notice can be arranged at short notice, therefore, staff need to be able to react quickly to potential changes. This is a fast paced environment and no 2 days are the same - therefore, we are looking for a Team Leader who is proactive, can think ontheir feet and lead a team to deliver an excellent service in response to a persons support plan and individual budget.You will support your staff team and will be required to participate in training and development as required as well as attending and engaging in supervisions, appraisals and managers meetings.Hours of work for Team Leader:37 hours a week - Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet the needs of the business, covering on call on a rota basis, which you will be paid extra for.Rewards for Team Leader:
