The role of a Talent Consultant:
  • Ultimately, your role is to find the best talent out there in the marketplace to introduce to our clients.
  • By networking, headhunting and using tools to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Write and post job advertisements on all of our platforms.
  • Youll interview candidates to identify the best suited job opportunities / clients.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate and client relationships.
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Obtain and relay feedback to both client and candidate following CV submission and/or interview.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities and present to the recruiter.
  • Youll maintain an awareness of the current market, including clients and competitors.
  • To keep everything tidy, youll ensure all candidate, client, jobs and leads information are recorded on Bullhorn.

  • Youll have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Its essential that you have a customer focused approach and have an ability to influence people.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recruitment is a busy place! You must be able to plan and prioritise your own workload.
  • Youll be a proficient IT user.
