Registered ManagerThe build for the brand-new extra care scheme Keswick Gardens in Middleton, Greater Manchester is well underway and is expected to be completed in summer 2023 and we are currently recruiting for the Registered Manager.Position: 435 Registered ManagerLocation: RochdaleHours: Full-time, Monday-FridaySalary: £37,808 per annumContract: PermanentClosing Date: 31st March 2023The difference youll makeAs part of your role you will be required to work as part of a wider team to facilitate the mobilisation plan and ensure the service is fully operational by the targeted opening date, You will work as part of a wider team with commissioners, social workers,OTs and housing colleagues on allocations and lettings.The roleAs the CQC Registered Manager, you will provide motivational leadership across a defined service area to empower and engage your team. You will oversee the delivery of a safe, caring, compassionate and outstanding service that meets CQC regulatory requirements.You will also be responsible for ensuring the service meets the highest operational standards and agreed performance targets enabling customers to thrive and lead fulfilled and dignified lives.This role requires you to:
