Job Description

This highly regarded food wholesaler and logistic Company has seen significant growth in recent years. To strengthen their team, they are looking to recruit Quality Assurance Operatives to help manage their onsite repack operation.Being regarded by many as an employer of choice, they offer continuous improvement and training, in a friendly team orientated environment.Reporting to the Group Technical Manager, as a Quality Assurance operative you will responsible for ensuring that all procedures are being implemented and adhered to continuously using a hands-on approach.You will have:

  • Previous experience as Quality Assurance Operative
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to be able to problem solve
  • You should have some experience in food manufacturing as well as having an understanding in quality systems
  • You will be a confident communicator and be able to give instructions to all line operatives as well as the Repack Manager
  • The ability to take ownership of the tasks at hand
    • The role involves alternative shift work Monday - Friday 0700-1600 and Monday - Thursday/Friday 1600-0200.In return the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary dependent upon experience, plus Company benefitsDue to the high volume of applications we receive we are not always able to reply to all applications.
