Job Description Job Role; Office / Finance ManagerWith our Client - based between Rochdale and Oldham our Client is a Group of Supply / Logistic Distributors. Due to the continued success of the Group and the growth of the Finance team - they have a need to appoint an Office / Finance Manager.On a day to day basis you will work to support and oversee a Finance Team of Sales / Purchase Ledger Clerks and Credit Control Assistants.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE OFFICE / FINANCE MANAGER;

  • Annual Salary of between £30,000 - £33,000
  • Monday to Friday Office based - flex start and finish times
  • Annual Performance Related Bonus and Salary Review

THE ROLE OF THE OFFICE / FINANCE MANAGER;
  • Day to day support and management of Finance Team
  • Application of Company Policy in respect of Transactions - Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Review of Aged Debt - take over escalated issues
  • Ensure Bank and Supplier Statement Recs are completed on time
  • Work closely with the Finance Director and Management Accountant to supply data to be included in Management Accounts
  • Assist with preparation of Year End
