Job Description

Income Officer (Miscellaneous Land) Vacancy waiting to be filledVenn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position availablePosition: Income Officer (Miscellaneous Land)Location: Rochdale/ HybridRate: £15.00 p/hour (PAYE inc holiday pay) Length: 3 months Hours:36.25 hours p/week - Mon-FriThe role will predominantly involve:

  • Ensuring that all records of garage plots and garden tenancies are up to date
  • Compiling information on the financial viability and possible future of the sites
  • Maximising the income to the association by collecting outstanding charges for the tenancy
  • Carrying out visits to all sites to verify the information in paper and on electronic systems
  • Verifying and amending plans of the sites
  • Ensuring that all systems are updated with relevant information regarding garage plots and garden tenancies
  • Collecting income due for sites
  • Communicating with customers via phone, letter, text and face to face visits
