Credit Controller + Bonus SchemeLittleborough£25,000 - £28,000An opportunity to run the Credit Control function of this established business where there is absolutely no stress or pressure but yet you can still earn bonus!The Financial Controller is genuinely one of the nicest people Ive had the pleasure of meeting - and she simply wants an individual to maintain the excellent relationships they already have with their existing customer database.This is not a role where youre going to be on the phone for 90% of the day, constantly having to chase - in fact, their customers generally pay on time and just need a gentle nudge now and then for payments so this would suit someone who have a backgroundin debt retrieval but doesnt want to have hound people for payments!You will enjoy having ownership of the full end to end Sales Ledger process from raising the sales invoice through to producing a monthly overview of your ledger therefore you will have complete transparency with your clients and know exactly what is duefor payment rather than having to go through a whole team of people to find the answers.The Directors like to reward their staff in a monetary bonus - this can be an additional £1,000 - £1,500 on top of your annual salary; this isnt based on your performance but simply how well the company is doing and the great thing is, theyre doing exceptionallywell so theres no reason why you couldnt be entitled to this!A great working environment in a great company, really grounded by family-values, if long-term stability is a priority of yours, I encourage you to apply.Please submit your CV to to be considered.
