Credit Control Supervisor + CICM QualificationRochdale£25,000Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your first step into a Team Leader roleThis is a business that will give you this opportunity without you needing to have previous managerial experience - and you can look forward to receiving a full study support for your CICM Qualification which will allow you to apply for Credit Manager rolesin the future.There is a Credit Manager in situ who deals with grievances, disciplinaries and escalated queries - where you will step in is with the day to day overseeing of the credit control function; setting and reviewing credit limits, taking proceedings up to legalstaff and getting involved in implementing and streamlining new systems.The current 2 Credit Controllers are very self-sufficient and dont need micro-managing however you will be the buffer between them and the Credit Manager so you will need a firm yet fair approach.The great thing about this role is whilst building up leadership experience, you dont need to give up what you love and enjoy - actually being a Credit Controller and reducing debtor days!
