Job Description

Claims TechnicianLocation: RochdaleSalary: £22k - £25k per year Job Types: Full-time, PermanentFull training is provided.My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Technicianto join their teamResponsibilities:

  • Looking after clients of regular referral sources
  • The main aspects are taking details of new claims and handling their own allocation of existing claims.
  • Ensure they have comprehensive information before making the decision as to whether the claim is valid and the clients losses are recoverable. This responsibility will continue throughout the claim ensuring that the claim progresses swiftly, again in anattempt to secure the subsequent recovery aspect.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ABI/GTA
  • An excellent telephone manner and a high level of customer service.
  • Knowledge of Phonetic Alphabet
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic Understanding of Internet Technologies
