  • With previous experience with Account Management and project management you will lead teams with passion and energy
  • A highly driven, proactive and ambitious manager who is able to foster this in teams and individuals
  • A strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing relationships with a wide variety of clients
  • The ability to build excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable in managing projects, ensuring external contractors deliver
  • Highly articulate and a clear communicator through both written and oral channels
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to adapt to the needs of the business
THE ROLEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working alongside the operations and commercial director to define strategies for future growth
  • Working alongside key business stakeholders to develop working relationships
  • Working with Sales Teams to understand annual strategies and budgets, working on training plans and incentives to drive deliveries of these
  • Developing quarterly plans for Sales Account Managers and offering clear direction and support
  • Key contact for eternal clients and contractors completing complex projects
  • Supporting Head Office teams to develop and enhance the existing business training model
  • Manage, monitor and develop the performance of contractors to finish projects on time
  • Manage agreed departmental budgets
