Job Description Role; Business Development Executive - open to hybrid working - Part Time and Full TimeLocation; Rochdale OL11 5BU - you will either be Office based or Hybrid with need to be in the Office at Rochdale for meetings etc.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE;

  • Basic Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with attractive Commission Scheme

Established for over 20 years - Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the team based in Rochdale/The type of person we are looking for is;
  • A can do- door opener - a character who is capable of initiating the Sales process - you will then collaborate with our Business to successful move the process forward
  • A positive character who can establish relationships by establishing a Clients needs - you will also work to assist in maintaining these Client relationships
  • Be comfortable in working in the fast paced and pressurized Recruitment Sector - be the type of character who will want to contribute to our Business Development Plans
  • You will be self motivated character - confident and capable
Your role as the Business Development Executive will include;
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to execute the BD Plan
  • Work with the Recruitment Consultants re prospective Clients and Opportunities
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and Recruitment Consultants to execute the smooth handover of prospects
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to optimize Market Reach and Messaging
  • Be proactive in the follow up of Leads / Lapsed Users - assist with Lemon Squeezing etc.
  • Be consistent in achievement of KPIs for Business Development
