Role - Aftersales Executive/Service AdvisorLocation - RochdaleSalary - £27,500 OTE £33,000Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a Prestige Dealership in Rochdale for a back of house Service Advisor.Your role will be predominantly based back of house maximising service sales and profitability within the busy service department, improving upon existing business and increasing the service plans currently being sold and to provide the best customer experiencepossible to keep the dealerships high CSI score up! The dealership’s service department has a team of 4 Advisor’s (you may have to cover on lunch). You’ll work 8am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon.
