Advanced Practitioner - Rochdale Borough Council - Up to £40ph!You will be working at the forefront of best practice as we realign our services to meet demand and embrace new models of working. We have already successfully established the No Wrong Door model for vulnerable adolescents and are keen to develop true multi-disciplinaryworking as part of the planned alignment. An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Rochdale Childrens Services to join the Family Support and Protection Service.For many years we have been leading the way with our innovative service delivery and reform. Strengthening families and improving outcomes is at the heart of what we do.Our social work model is relationship based practice as we believe trusting relationships are essential to improving childrens lives.
