Job Description

We are working exclusively for a rewarding charity based close to Rochdale town centre. They are looking for aAdministrator to support their close nit, supportive team. The ideal candidate will be organised and approachable, taking ownership of projectsand prioritising their workload whilst supporting the needs of the organisation.You will be working with a well established team, most of which have 15 + years service. You will be based in a relaxed and friendly environment surrounded by colleagueswho love what they do.This is a office based role working35 hours Monday to Friday. The core working hours are between 10am-4pm meaning you can adapt yourstart and finish time to suit your personal life.About the role:As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office and undertaking general administrative duties. Youwill be self-motivated, able to show initiative and can adapt to new challenges and provide creativesolutions.To succeed the candidate will need:

  • Two years office experience working with a wide range of general admin/finance procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills, to be fully competent with all Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience of arranging and servicing meetings.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to use their initiative to manage their workload
  • A good telephone manner and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
