  • IT, Cyber and Software Services Provider based in Middleton
  • Currently at a very exciting time, experiencing large, organic growth and going from strength to strength, even throughout the pandemic
  • They provide full IT and Cyber solutions from cloud services and migrations to full software and hardware solutions, Cyber Security and Cyber Essentials - and everything in between!
  • Looking for a talented 2nd Line Engineer to help make their growth dreams a reality!
    • The Role
  • 2nd line IT and Cyber support
  • Using the helpdesk system to log calls and progress notes
  • Take ownership of your open tickets and manage through to resolution
  • Contribute to the companys award-winning IT support by providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for your customers
  • Being a key player in the 2nd line team and mentoring the more junior staff as and when required
  • A very exciting opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to get hands-on with some great exciting Cyber Security projects, as well as the IT infrastructure and support side of the managed services
