Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Compliance Leader to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing and production facility in Plymouth. You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of supplier quality assurance, CAPA and internal audit functions.As a Quality Compliance Leader, you will:

  • Management, implementation and continual improvement of the site internal audit programme
  • Coordinate external audits conducted by government, notified bodies and customers
  • Manage supplier Quality Engineers to identify, analyse and improve supplier performance
  • Ensure all incoming testing is conducted in accordance with the relevant national and international standards
Experience required for a Quality Compliance Leader includes:
  • A Degree in Science, Quality or Business Management
  • Previously worked in the Quality/Regulatory arena at supervisor level
  • Lead Auditor Qualified to ISO13485 (Medical Devices)
  • Understanding of the requirements for ISO1385 and FDA 21 CFR 820
