Job Description

Dynamic and industry-leading store fitout company specializing in delivering exceptional retail & Hospitality environments for commercial purposes is currently looking to appoint a Head of Retail Partnership in their Saudi office. With a strong reputationfor excellence and a proven track record of success, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the team as the Head of Retail. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving organization that is dedicated to transforming retailspaces into captivating and profitable destinations. As the Head of Retail Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, from initial business development to final execution. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with clients, architects,designers, and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, on-time, and within-budget retail fitout projects. Your expertise in sales, retail design, project management, and client engagement will be critical in driving continuedgrowth and success.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of retail project managers, designers, and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final handover, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to develop innovative and functional retail design concepts that align with the clients brand and objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.Develop and implement project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and streamline operations.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for business growth.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards across all projects.Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering their professional growth and development.Requirements:Experience in business development, preferably within the store fitout or construction industry.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex retail fitout projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of retail design principles, space planning, visual merchandising, and construction processes.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Our Client is offering a competitive salary, along with a benefits package.
