Pay: KR5 (£19,335-£20,483)Start Date: February 2021Due to the retirement of our SiteManager, an exciting vacancy has arisen at Riverhead Infants School for a suitablyskilled, reliable and self-motivated person to join our friendly and dedicatedteam. Duties will include managing allhealth and safety aspects for the site, general maintenance of the building andgrounds, project management of specific work involving liaising withcontractors, general security and some cleaning. There may be some unsocialhours due to you being the primary key holder for the site. The applicant is likely to havehad previous experience of premises and general maintenance, should bephysically fit, enjoy working as part of a team in a school setting and be aconfident communicator. There will be a need for good time management, toprioritise duties and work on their own initiative. The successful candidatewill ensure our school site is maintained to the highest standard that willoffer all our children the best learning environment both indoors and out.This is an all year roundfull-time post, 37 hours per week, 25 days holiday. Monday - Friday 7:00am to4:00pm. There may be the possibility tosplit the role into two part-time roles if there are suitable candidates whowould prefer this option.
