This company is a specialist maintenance company providing expertise and a bespoke service with a tailored client focus. Their portfolio of work includes residential, commercial and civil engineering sectors including basements, bridges, commercial and industrialbuildings. Due to their impressive order book and continued growth, they are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced senior Quantity Surveyor. They actively look to recruit people that can grow alongside the business success, encouraging apromote from within culture. In this role you will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure you deliver on all projects and contribute to the success of the company . You will be involved in reviewing leads as they come into the business and converting these to opportunities, completingtake offs of drawings, bills of quantities and be involved in preconstruction meetings. You will ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place and carry out cost management including forecasting. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with the desire to manage and contribute to the growth of the company. The candidate must show they are willing to progress within the company and have interest in the construction market.
