Their portfolio of work includes residential, commercial and civil engineering sectors including basements, bridges, commercial and industrialbuildings. Due to their impressive order book and continued growth, they are looking to expand their team and recruit an ambitious junior Quantity Surveyor. They actively look to recruit people that can grow alongside the business success, encouraging a promotefrom within culture. In this role you will sit beneath the senior Quantity Surveyor in the team to ensure you are exposed to the best training opportunities. You will be involved in reviewing leads as they come into the business and converting these to opportunities, completingtake offs of drawings, bills of quantities and be involved in preconstruction meetings. You will ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place and carry out cost management including forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with some Quantity Surveying experience, with the desire to progress and develop alongside the expertise of their team. The candidate must show they are willing to progress within the company and have interest in the constructionmarket.
