Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a national market-leader with their recruitment for a varied Accounts Assistant maternity contract, on a part-time basis.This is an exciting time to join an established and growing Finance department, renowned for their collaborative approach as well as converting temporary assignments into permanent positions. You will benefit from an entirely flexible working pattern, aswell as weekly home working opportunities.Among other responsibilities, this job will provide you with great exposure to:

Carry out mid-month and month end Subcontract payment runs
Process employee expenses claims and payments in line with Company policy
Collate data for the weekly payroll and post related nominal ledger journals
Set up and process ad hoc payments
