We are looking to recruit a Team Manager within a Childrens Service in the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting and supportiveteam that are passionate about making a positive change in childrens lives within Hull City Council. Main duties include:Quality assurance of casesQuality assurance of systems and processes Good knowledge of current legislationAuditing of casesChild centredpractices which include direct work and participationSupervise several professional staffRecruitmentDevelop strong relationships with key internal and external partners, openly acknowledging problems and working closely with partners to improve services.Planning,monitoring, and managing delegated team budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are metRecruit manage and develop staffBudget ManagementTo be successful: For this role you will need to have previous experience practising as a Team Manager within a statutorysetting and be educated to Degree Level IE: BA Hons SW, BSc, DIPSW, Masters. You will need to hold a current HCPC Registration and have previous management experience within an Initial Response Team.
