Job Description

Within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, our Clinical Futures Strategy sets out how we are moving to delivering care closer to home. Primary and Community Services are at the heart of the model and central to developing a new relationship with patients investing and strengthening community and social care services to support and treat patients in their homes and communities providing quality outcomes. In order to deliver the strategy An opportunity has become available for a new District Nursing Team Manager to be part of a District Nursing Team in the Caerphilly Borough .We are looking to appoint someone who is passionate about providing high quality care and we are committed to developing and investing in our staff to improve patient outcomes. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to grow and progress whilst also supporting staff wellbeing.This is an opportunity for strong, motivated leaders who are innovative and enthusiastic, who desire high standards and are able to ensure expert clinical nursing practice is delivered.
