In order to deliver the strategy An opportunity has become available for a new District Nursing Team Manager to be part of a District Nursing Team in the Caerphilly Borough .We are looking to appoint someone who is passionate about providing high quality care and we are committed to developing and investing in our staff to improve patient outcomes.
