We are delighted to have been chosen to recruit the new HR Manager for an instantly recognisable Welsh company. Our client seeks an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead and develop a small team.The role reports into an experienced and supportive CFO, who is seeking a HR lead who will provide consistent and professional HR guidance across all departments. The new HR Manager will work with the CFO to ensure the business plan, strategy and peopleobjectives are delivered year on year.This is the perfect role for someone able to lead the HR operational team and possesses the drive and energy to further develop the HR offering for a diverse workforce. The new HR manager should be someone who is equally focused on commercial and people-centricoutcomes. The hard working and loyal workforce are central to the success of this business and as such, the new HR Manager should relish the opportunity to make continuous improvements and support the current change programme.
