Nursing Home, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Mental HealthRef: KPJ2567£39,000 - £42,000 p/a - Band 6 Equivalent| Mon – Fri Days + On-Call | Fully Supernumerary Role | Great Benefits | YAPD & Elderly CareA large nursing home in the Barrhead area currently requires an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in long-term adult care to work as Clinical Lead.The fully CI compliant home predominantly provides round the clock nursing care to younger adults living with physical disabilities and brain injuries, in addition to some elderly care services.What the home is offering and details of this Clinical Lead Nurse position:

  • A permanent contract to work 40 hours per week, usually working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm with some shared on-call duties
  • A great annual salary in the region of £39,000 to £42,000 depending on experience
  • 6 weeks annual leave

    • As Clinical Lead, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.What we are looking for in a Clinical Lead:
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
  • Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
  • Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
