You will report into the purchasing manager and have a hand in developing the assistant buyer and buyer thus developing yourself in the process.So, what will be involved in the roleIf youve worked as a Senior Buyer in a large manufacturing operation previously, youll know what it takes - effectively managing suppliers and stakeholders in the planning and execution of the operational strategy, making sure day to day KPIs are met.Youll achieve this utilising your super-organisation and planning skills, as well as your negotiation and interpersonal skills to build supplier relationships.Youll be based at the 150,000 sq. ft. facility circa 10 miles outside of Glasgow, the role is typically Monday to Friday, 9-5 with flexibility required in line with business needs.So whats in it for youThe opportunity to join a market-leading business with significant growth.
