IMMEDIATE STARTPertemps are urgently looking for an experienced administrator to support our clients purchasing team based out their Inchinnan, Renfew offices. This role will be a 6 months minimum contract, supporting them until year end, but may extend beyond this dependenton workload.To support the purchasing team with daily workload in the procurement of goods, placing purchase orders, chasing late orders/shortages, general purchasing admin tasks. Loading production works orders onto an ERP system from incoming sales orders. Assistingthe production planning manager.Monday to Friday35 hours per week.Salary £22k - £25kOur client:A leading provider of "enabling technologies" for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. Knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures." Experience in the use of and operation of MRP systems (Syspro used in GMI)." Understanding and knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs)." General knowledge of budgeting, inventory control and cost-management" Quality, cost and delivery focused." Good understanding of Word and Excel."
