About the rolePorsche Centre Glasgow is looking to recruit a Vehicle Progress Chaser to join their fantastic and motivated team.As Vehicle Progress Chaser, you will be responsible for the advertising and photography of all retail cars at the dealership.In addition to this, you will work with our Aftersales Departments to ensure the timely preparation of our retail stock. This will include; Booking cars into the workshop for 111 Point Checks and Pre-Delivery Inspections Checking all vehicles for cosmetic damage and arranging repairs through our on-site Bodyshop Liaising with the Used Car Sales Manager for authorisation of any required repair work. Working closely with our Detailing Department to ensure all cars are valeted and displayed in exceptional condition.Our Vehicle Progressor is also responsible for the management of our demonstrator fleet, ensuring that all cars are fuelled and valeted prior to any customer test drives or events.This role will be suitable for an individual with a Service Advisor or Vehicle Progressor background. Motor Trade experience is preferred but not essential.Vehicle Progressors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youPrevious experience in a similar role would be ideal, however, this is not essential.We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in photography, marketing and the automotive world. You will be a good, clear communicator and have a customer service background.You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to describe things accurately and a desire to present our Porsche stock to our customers in the best possible manner.
