Delivering state-of-the-art technology solutions, high quality services and real attention to detail.Their people solutions cover the entire life cycle of the employee journey and theyre looking for someone new to join this global organisation.The jobWorking as part of a small team, this role supports the Management team in the effective delivery of the onshore and offshore payroll service via bespoke systems. This role will be primarily responsible for the collection, analysis and interpretation ofdata and compilation of reports for the management team, identifying trends and guide business improvement initiatives. This role will provide customer reporting using SQL and will support System Administration workflows.The role will take the lead from a support perspective within the team in the assessment and analysis of any product changes / upgrades prior to the roll out, to ensure the service to the external client is not impacted and excellent service is maintained.Where there is change, to inform and train the Whitbread teams on the impacts to ensure they have full understanding.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Supporting the Operations team liaising closely to ensure that M.I, variances, anomalies, trends are proactively identified & fully understood and analysed2. Reviewing sources of information to ensure the data used in reporting is appropriate and accurate.3. Supporting with the implementation of technology upgrades. (Provide appropriate training and update documentation for internal colleagues and alerts to customer).4. Support System outages to ensure an understanding of impact (internal and client)5. Escalating situations that require attention through the right channels in a timely manner6. Manage the progress of continuous improvements and provide support to deliver on CI projects7. Statistical Analysis & reporting - Operational KPI & SLA Requirements8. Through analysis of data, you will identify any service level or performance considerations that could impact on costs or customer experience.9. You will be responsible for the delivery to the business of timely and accurate management information10. Change management: Providing risk assessment for implementation of change via customer and internal Change requests11. Provide ad-hoc reporting using SQL scripts for client and internal requests12. Fostering working relationships within and across departments to identify the most appropriate sources of information and to constantly monitor the integrity of this information13. Understanding service level impacts, identify issues & feed back to the operational teams & support in driving solutions.KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEssential1. Experience of SQL and working with relational database2. Demonstrable experience of producing quality MI for internal use3. Systems literate4. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of curiosity and analytical skills6. Ability to work independently and as a team member7. Ability to deal with client issues/challenges8. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills9. Good customer service skills10. Experienced user of MS Excel, Word and other programs within the Microsoft suiteDesirable1.
