About the roleSytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Marketing Administrator to join our team at Porsche Centre Glasgow.As a Sytner Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for managing the dealership database. Working closely with each sales manager the role will include organising dealership events, a variety of marketing activities and implementing agreed initiatives, to increase the focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, with the manufacturers customer satisfaction survey forming the bedrock of any initiative implementation applied.About youThe ideal candidate for this role is someone with a degree in Marketing and an understanding of social media.As you will be responsible for monitoring and adding relevant content to our public facing websites and social media channels, attention to detail is a must, as are excellent copy writing, language and literacy skills.The nature of this role requires that you have a good level of IT literacy also, including Excel and Word, as you will be involved in compiling and analysing the results of digital activities.You will generally offer support via phone and e-mail. As such, maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels are essential.In addition, you will be a self-starter, proactive with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst prioritising and managing your own workload.
