Job Description

We are recruiting an excellent and rare opportunity for a Learning and Development Apprentice to join our busy L&D and wider HR team on an initial 1 year basis.This position will involve working closely with the Learning and Development team and the wider HR team to provide effective, confidential and efficient administrative support, which assists with the smooth running of the department.At Campbell Dallas, we recognise and are extremely proud of our talented professionals and we are continuously looking to strengthen our team.   • To deal with and manage enquiries for training courses for all employees, booking delegates onto appropriate courses, isue joining instructions and logon details.
  • Updating and maintaining training & student records group wide.
  • General Administration tasks (filing, photocopying, record keeping, Scanning, printing etc).
  • To liaise and co-ordinate with the group on all training courses, dates, times, location (Inc. venue & room bookings nationwide), course materials etc.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • When required, provide administration support to the wider HR team.
  • Other ad hoc duties.
  • Support the Head of Learning and Development and bigger L&D Team
  • Experience, Skills and Knowledge required
  • Educated to National 4/5 level or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach, working on own initiative, escalating matters as appropriate
  • The willingness to build strong planning and organisation skills, understanding attention to detail and how this should be demonstrated with the ability to provide a pro-active and accurate service.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous
