Our public sector client has a current requirement for aJury Attendant for a temporary assignment, based in Braehead.The assignment will start on12thApril 2021. Rate of pay will be £10.43 per hour.Hours of work:37 hour week, with 30 minute lunch break each day.Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pmFriday 9am - 4.30pmKey Responsibilities:- Setting up the room with folders and water each morning- Assisting with greeting and checking in on arrival- Escorting attendees to their relevant seat, out for breaks, and out of the building at the end of the day, whilst maintaining physical distancing at all times- Acting as a liaison, using a microphone directly from the remote centre- Assisting in the event of a fire alarm activation- Providing copies of productions and joint minutes as and when required- Answering any questions in relation to general housekeeping, domestic arrangements or expenses only- Ensuring that all documentation is stored securely at the end of each dayAttendants may be required to provide cover for colleagues during the course of the day or to assist with reception duties if necessaryAttendants may, in exceptional circumstances, be asked to work from other locations in Glasgow City Centre.Please note.
