Job Description

Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting on a FP&A Manager role based close to Renfrewshire paying £80,000 + benefits. The OpportunityThis role presents the opportunity to join a business that partners with some instantly recognisable brands right across the UK. The business had just created a new forward thinking and commercial finance role that is pivotal in helping the company achieveit’s strategic objectives and ensure it remains the tip of the sword. The key components of the role will include:

  • Business partnering with the SLT to influence strategy, direction and decision making
  • Reporting to and deputising for the Director of Finance
  • Managing and developing a small FP&A team
  • Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs
  • Ownership of budgeting, and forecasting process
  • Ownership of reporting and data including variances, trends, insights to maximise performance, reduce/control costs & influence the bottom line
  • Scenario planning and risk evaluation & mitigation
  • KPI setting and reporting
  • Review and development of processes, procedures, control & systems
Candidate ProfileWe are keen to engage with candidates that meet the below criteria:
  • Qualified Accountant with strong post qualification experience
  • Operated within engineering, FMCG or manufacturing sector
  • A proven track record within FP&A/commercial finance
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
On OfferThe position of FP&A Manager is based close to Renfrewshire with the employer happy to entertain hybrid working requests. The position will offer a salary of £80,000 + benefits.
