Ailsa Care Services are recruiting for a Service Manager for our Greater Glasgow & Clyde Division.The role will be based in our office in Renfrew but will be required to travel to other office, succesful candidate would require a full drivers licence.This is a great opportunity to join an established, experienced team who work to provide the best service we can at all times.Some job specs of the Service Manager are - Manage team of office staff to ensure the smooth running of the services Liaise with councils/social workers etc. to ensure a high standard of care provided to service users and develop relationships with councils/social workers. Work with Care Co-ordinators to build services by taking on new packages and growing areas Ensure all paperwork for service is completed correctly - check over all paperwork completed by service staff Participate in on-call rota when needed as emergency cover or to cover holidays/sickness and pass on all information in an on-call handover Record KPIs and present monthly at management meeting Oversee and participate in the training of any new office service staff Oversee the completion of compliance tasks for services Manage on-call rota & allocate evenly to team Cover shifts in the community as/when required as emergency cover Be a role model whilst out in the community and within the office Be a communication link between office staff and Registered ManagerWithin this role Ailsa Care are offering - Working Days & Hours - Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am - 4pm (at times will be required to work out with these set times) Holidays - 28 days SVQ level 3 (Completed)Please apply with your most updated CV.
