About the rolePorsche Centre Glasgow are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be expected to manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department by being at the core of all retail enquiries, motivating and driving the sales team, coaching and mentoring underperformers, daily/weeklyforecasting to Head Office and of course leading by example each and every day.As well as day-to-day customer interaction, you will be tasked in managing our customer retention programme plus the day-to-day running of our sales into service programme (Xchange) - where you will seek out incremental sales and stock acquisition opportunitiesby coaching and reviewing the sales teams daily activity in this field.You will need to ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and, above all, treating customers fairly.Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which typically include weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis) to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youWe are seeking candidates who have long serving experience within the Automotive sector; so if you are high achieving Business/Retail Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding we would love to hear from you.We are seeking someone who has an outstanding work ethic and can lead from the front.
