You will be responsible for all the day-to-dayline management duties associated with your team including reviewing of work, providing constructive feedback, discussing training needs, career aspirations and development plans.For this position, we require someone with demonstrable line management experience, a proven track record in developing staff and strong technical accountancy knowledge with a relevant qualification (ACCA/ICAS).
