Were looking for someone who wants to join a family of like-minded individuals and be more than just a team member.As part of your role as a Manager within our Accounts and Business Advisory Services team you will primarily be focussed on managing a large team made up of staff at a variety of different levels in their career. You will be responsible for all the day-to-dayline management duties associated with your team including reviewing of work, providing constructive feedback, discussing training needs, career aspirations and development plans.For this position, we require someone with demonstrable line management experience, a proven track record in developing staff and strong technical accountancy knowledge with a relevant qualification (ACCA/ICAS). In addition, you will have experience reviewingfiles and reporting to a partner on the portfolio of clients within your team (including financial statements, personal tax, corporate tax and P11ds.)A note from the Hiring ManagerYou will be joining a growing and ambitious team with a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
