We are looking for someone who want to be more than just a team member, but who wants to join a family of likeminded individuals.As part of your role as an Accounts and Business Services Manager you will continue your technical and personal development with the preparation of accounts and advice for more complex clients. As well as providing support to your clients from an accounting perspective, you will become part of the management team, including department work planning, appraisals and also directly guiding more junior team members to provide both technical and day to day guidance to support their journey.For this role, we are looking for someone that is comfortable acting as a Client Manager; proactively maintaining and managing your own portfolio of client relationships. You will work closely with our Seniors and Assistants within the team to ensure an exceptional client service is always provided. In addition, you will be confident building business relationships with the aim of attracting new clients where appropriate.You will work closely with Senior Management to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and to tight deadlines, identifying any training needs and providing feedback if necessary. You will have a natural problem-solving mindset, suggesting and implementing solutions to improve our client service.As part of the management team, your own journey will continue via mentorship by the wider management team to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and staff management.
