Job Description

Service desk analystA Service desk analyst is being sought out by a leading Managed service provider that is keen to expand its team as they go through a growth period.The ideal service desk analyst will have strong technical knowledge and is keen to join a company that promotes growth and progression.As a service desk analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring support queries and resolved promptly. You will also assist with project work from the IT team.The successful service desk analyst candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows
  • in-depth understanding of Vmware/ Hyper-
  • Provide remote support on a firewall
  • Provide remote support for PC hardware, software
  • WAN & LAN experience
