As our Senior Business Development Manager you will reportinto our Sales & Retention Director and be responsible for the growth of revenues /market shares under our partnerships withPeppermint Bars & Events, KERB event Limited (KEL)and Payne & Gunter. More about the role:The Senior Business Development Managerwill have proven experience ofsales within a large, complex and fast paced organisation accompanied bythe ability to listen, engage and influence at all levels.You will be responsible for managing the bidding process to ensure commercially sound, competitive and profitable financial deals, proactively seeking andidentifying sales to ensure opportunities for business growth are maximised.Our successful Senior Business Development Manager will have previous people management experience enabling them to lead, motivate and coach remote workers whilstresearching and compilingdata on the market to formulate a strategy for growth. Who you are:
  • Target focused with a proven track record of pipeline development
  • Knowledgeable in selling contracted services within foodservice, retail and hospitality
  • Experienced in managing the end to end sales process
  • Setshigh personal performance standards
  • Able to develop and deliver sales strategies that maximise potential sales and profitability
  • Proposing and gaining agreement for tender submissions that cover the needs and expectations of all internal and external stakeholders
