As a Sales Administratoryou will receive full training to enable you to work with our Inside Sales Lead Generation and Marketing teams to monitor various portals and mailboxes. You willsupport in the discovery ofnew opportunities to drive business, growthe sales pipelines and ensure the companys goals and targets are met. More about the role:As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring inboxes, actioning emails and allocating leads accordingly and communicating updates
  • Managing alltrackers to identify and pass on relevant opportunitiesassessing and providingguidance on opportunities to support decisions to bid
  • Trackingcurrent frameworksand recording all opportunities t
  • Distributingcommunications and opportunities across the whole business
  • Provide support and guidance for any portal issues, support with document downloads and uploads
  • Attend supplier review meetings as required
  • Portal payment/MI invoices – chasing payments and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking new data with existing data in the existing CRM system
  • Managing internal sales lead referral program
  • Knowledge of internal systems & research methods used to source market data to support research team/backfill within the team as required
