As a Data and Research Executive you will receive full training to enable you to work with our Inside Sales Lead Generation and Marketing teams to uncover and source information and new opportunities to drive business, grow the sales pipelines and ensurethe companys goals and targets are met. More about the role:As a Research Executive you will be responsible for;
  • Supporting theTeam Leader IS Data & Research on research projects into new market data, competitor/market analysis
  • Researching and identifying all criteria needed for new sales opportunities, to be passed on to lead generation team through various methods such as calling, online research, utilising databases etc
  • Cross-checking new data with existing data in the existing CRM system
  • Supporting Inside Sales with data cleansing, updating, and organising within existing systems
  • Circulating data/KPI activity reports weekly to IS Team Leader, Sales teams & IS BDE team
  • Knowledge of BD Inboxes/SHARE scheme within the team to backfill as required
  • Data Analysis, Comparison and preparation for importing to relevant systems
  • Supporting Team Leader IS Data & Research put together research feedback packs as required
Who you are:The successful Data and Research Executive will have
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • Confidence in making calls
  • Data focussed; experience working with Excel and working knowledge of data analysis formulae would be beneficial
  • The drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work with a variety of systems
  • Can structure data to form analysis on reporting metrics and KPIs
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint and visualising data (Experience in this area would be beneficial)
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting Sales Directors and Business Development Executives with ad hoc research requests
  • Demonstrates initiative and has a proactive approach
