Job Description

Part-Time Credit Controller Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP!Location:Rubery, Birmingham (B45)Salary: £10.00phHours of Work: 10hrs per week (2 days Friday & Other)Essential: - Sage Accounts & Sage Payroll

  • Credit controlchasing outstanding overdue accounts
  • Providing holiday cover for finance as & when required
  • Maintenance of accurate purchasing and sales ledgers and departmentalised nominal ledger ensuring that appropriate processes are adhered to including prepayments & accruals
  • Monthly reconciliation of all Bank Accounts
  • Preparation of Monthly Finance reports
  • Cash Management and Banking
  • Ensuring that all purchases are authorised and paying suppliers by due dates
  • Generating all Invoicespursuing outstanding payment due to the company
  • Liaising with Shop Managers over any discrepancies with the till.
