Job Description

Job title: Graduate HR AdministratorPermanentSalary: £22,000Birmingham, B45 9Key Responsibilities for Graduate HR Administrator:

  • Provide initial HR response to the client as part of the HR first line response team adhering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Triage and route enquiries to the appropriate resource or escalate to specialists
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to the business whilst handling employee relations queries
  • Maximise 1st time resolution of inquiries by clarifying desired information researching,locating and providing information
  • Research required information using available resources;
  • Log call details in an effective manner in the systems;
  • Escalate appropriate cases to the Specialist teams;
  • Support Managers with letter writing for first response calls where appropriate;
  • Manage the email inbox to support colleagues in the wider team as required and ensure the health and safety of all colleagues within the business and report any incidents via the approved company processes
Essential Criteria for Graduate HR Administrator:
  • A passion for Human Resources demonstrated within studies or work
  • Strong Customer Focus with experience of working in a customer- oriented environment
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
  • IT literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office
  • Solution orientated with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Able to work on own initiative and also work effectively within a team
