A new client of mine are currently seeking an experienced CRM Manager for an interim/temporary position. This role, based across Surrey and West Sussex, offers a competitive day rate and requires hands-on experience in CRM management.Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimise CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection and utilisation.
  • Analyse customer interactions and data to enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in CRM management within the B2B sector.
  • Strong technical skills with CRM software and database management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
