Job Description

Robert Half are working exclusively with Regenerus Labs who are one of the fastest growing businesses within the medical devices / pharmaceuticals industry. We are working directly with the Managing Director to find a new Financial Controller. This positionhas been added to the function to support with company growth and help with future proofing the finance function. If you are a qualified and a proven finance professional, who is looking for a new, exciting challenge, then please apply below!The Role:In this Financial Controller role you will be responsible for (But not limited to):Budgeting and Financial Strategy

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasts and projections.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy supporting long-term growth and sustainability.
Financial Functions Oversight
  • Oversee all financial functions across departments, including accounting, payroll, billing, and sales ledger.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital.
Financial Reporting and Audit Leadership
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management team and the board of directors.
  • Lead the annual audit and tax processes, managing auditors and other third-party relationships.
Operational Cost Control
  • Monitor and control operational costs while upholding service quality.
  • Report on variances from the budget and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Financial Insights and Decision Support
  • Provide critical financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Play a key role in shaping the businesss growth strategy, encompassing organic and inorganic growth.
  • Assess the economic viability of new contracts, start-up branches, and potential acquisitions.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and transparent financial communication
The Company:Regenerus Labs are one of the largest distributors of pharmaceutical tests kits in the UK. They are continuing expansion into Europe, after recently setting up an Dublin based distribution centre. This position will be based in their head office based onthe outskirts of Redhill.The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this position will be a proven finance professional who is now looking for an exciting challenge to help build and grow a newly established finance function. This candidate must be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), have SME experience, andshare the same ambitions as Regenerus Labs as there will be strong opportunities for progression and growth.Salary & Benefits:This Financial Controller role will be offering between £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, as well as holiday, pension, private health-care, and further company benefits.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
