Job Description

Our client is now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Customer Services department.As a family-run business, Customer Service is massively important to them so are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.The role of an Estimator will be responsible for dealing directly with the clients.Duties:

  • Handling of incoming orders and ensuring that orders are acknowledged with a 48-hour period.
  • Working alongside the two other members of the estimating team reporting to the manager within that department.
  • Liaising with the in-house design team, customer service and sales departments.
  • Respond to all emails with 24 hours.
    • Experience and requirements:
  • Estimating experience is essential
  • Experience in MIS Systems, ideally Tharstens
  • Print knowledge is preferrable.
  • Account management experience
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in working under pressure and be able to use own initiative
    • Computer Skills
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office Applications, with CRM database experience, internet and email.
  • Must have experience with creative software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat Pro and related technology.
  • Experience in MIS Systems, preferably Tharstens, if not training can be given.
  • Planning is often required using a software packaging called Impact.
