Job Description

Are you a self starter with a comprehensive background in Compliance, Regulations and GDPR Do you have experience in ISO standards and running a Standards programmeOur client, a well established, growing global business based near Redhill is looking for a Compliance and Standards Officer to join them on a permanent basis.The main purpose of this role will be to:

  • Manage the integrated ISO Standards audit programme on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance to ISO standards across projects and procedures.
  • Take ownership of ESG activities, including liaising with parent company to understand requirements and ensure ESG reporting is completed
  • Provide compliance guidance and support, as well as being responsible for the enforcement of business policies, legislation and industry best practice
  • Act as first point of contact and support for compliance queries, engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure a culture of compliance while ensuring the company remains agile to its customers needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies necessary for minimising risk of non-compliance
  • Ensure the companys compliance meets GDPR and DPA requirements.
  • Lead the Continual Service Improvement programme across the Company
    • The successful candidate must have previous experience in Data Protection, Compliance, Legal and/or Regulatory qualifications as well as a working knowledge of GDPR.
