Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Answering calls.
  • Building relationships with customers and maintaining relationships with our current customers.
  • Sending pricing emails
  • Liaising with customers and drivers regarding deliveries
  • Planning routes for vehicles
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Answering delivery/pricing queries.
About youTo be successful in this role you will need the following essential skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent natural organisation and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work to systems and processes.
  • Ability to check own work.
Desirable skills we are also looking for
  • UK Driving Licence would be beneficial but not a necessity.
Full training will be providedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
