We are expanding our current teams within the Redcar and Cleveland area, and are looking to recruit a fantastic new Support Worker.You will be lone working in the community providing outreach support on a 1-1 basis to 5 independent gentleman who all live in their own homes across Redcar & Cleveland at 4 different locations.You will be working with each gentleman providing support tomaintain social connections and activities in the community, as well as supporting them to maintain their home and the environment.The gentleman enjoy watching the football at home and at the local club with a beer, swimming, walking the dog, going away onholiday, day trips out, archery, local discos, walking, shopping, crafts, cooking and trying out new things.Shift times can vary from anything in between 08:00 and 23:00, and some personal care is required.Apply now
